Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked. If the material is not what you hoped for, write to us within 14 days of buying and you get your money back in full. You do not have to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

How to ask

Send one email to homegameedge@gmail.com from the address you bought with, saying you want a refund. That is the whole process — there is no form.

We reply within a few days. The money goes back the way it came, through the payment processor; how long it then takes to appear is up to your bank, usually a few working days.

What happens to your access

Your access link stops working once the refund is made. That is the only condition: a refund and continued access are not both available.

If something is broken

If your link never arrived, or the material will not open, that is not a refund question — it is ours to fix. Email us and we will get you in, usually the same day. If we genuinely cannot, you get your money back regardless of how long ago you bought.

Bought the kit, then wanted the bundle

If you bought the kit on its own and then decided you want the book too, write to us and you pay only the difference. We would rather do that than have you buy twice.

Your legal rights

This policy is deliberately more generous than the law requires. It sits on top of any consumer right you have where you live — it never replaces one. In particular, Israeli consumer law gives buyers of a digital service a cancellation right for a limited period after purchase, and this policy meets or exceeds it.
