Home Game Edge sells interactive poker learning material for private home games. These terms cover buying and using it. Buying anything on this site means you accept them.

What you are buying
A licence to use the material yourself. Nothing is shipped: access arrives by email as a private link that works on every device you use.
- Home Game Edge — an interactive kit of twelve chapters, used in a browser.
- The Tuesday Game — a book, read in a browser, sold on its own or with the kit.
Your licence is personal and does not expire. You may use the material on any device that is yours.
What you may not do
- Share, resell, republish or give away your access link, or the material itself.
- Copy the material into another product, course or site, whether paid or free.
- Remove or work around the access check.
Access links are issued per buyer. A link that is being used by many people at once can be reissued or withdrawn — you will always be told first, and a link withdrawn in error is restored immediately.
What this material is, and is not
It teaches the fundamentals of poker as a game of skill, for friendly private games. It is educational material, not gambling advice, and not a promise of winnings. Poker involves chance; no strategy removes that. Nothing here encourages you to gamble money you cannot afford to lose, and none of it is financial advice.
You are responsible for knowing whether playing poker for money is legal where you live.
Availability
The material is delivered over the web, so occasional interruption for maintenance or reasons outside our control is possible. If access is broken for more than a few days and we cannot restore it, you can have your money back in full, whenever that happens — the 14-day window in the refund policy does not apply to a failure on our side.
Changes
The material is updated from time to time; updates are included at no extra cost. These terms may change, and the date at the top says when they last did. A change never applies backwards to a purchase already made.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in, where that law says it applies.
